Adam Ringer has joined VisionEdgeOne (VE1) as a Managing Partner in London and will lead the origination function for the business.
Adam brings 20 years’ experience in principal investing. He was most recently a Partner at InfraBridge, having previously been a Partner in the Infrastructure Equity business of AMP Capital.
Adam worked at AMP Capital from 2010, where he played a key role in the development and delivery of AMP Capital’s infrastructure private equity strategy. He oversaw investments as a member of the Investment Committee of the firm’s global infrastructure equity funds and was a member of the platform’s global leadership team.
He has successfully originated and executed investments in the digital, energy, transport and healthcare sectors, and actively managed assets, including acting as a director of five portfolio companies.
Prior to joining AMP Capital, Adam worked in structured finance. At ABN AMRO he was responsible for development of structured transactions, including helping to establish its structured consumer capital business. He started his career at Barclays Capital in its Structured Capital Markets division. Adam has a first class MA and MMath in Mathematics from Cambridge University.

Adam joins VE1’s existing Managing Partners: Claus Lyngdal, Manish Aggarwal, and Founder and Chairman Boe Pahari. Adam will join the Investment Committee of VE1. The VE1 team now comprises 15 people, including 12 investment professionals, based across London, Copenhagen and Dubai.
