VisionEdgeOne moves to establish Paris office and welcomes new Partner, Bruno Erbel
Bruno Erbel has today joined VisionEdgeOne (VE1) as a Partner. He is based in Paris and will establish
the firm’s Paris office.
Bruno brings over 20 years of experience in infrastructure investment and financing. He was most
recently a Managing Director at Marguerite, where he worked from 2011 to 2024. In this role he worked
across both investment and asset management, holding a number of board seats and implementing value
creation strategies. In recent years he has focused on new generation infrastructure in the fields of green mobility, circular economy, digital and the energy transition, including hydrogen projects and renewables
platforms.
Prior to Marguerite, he was an Investment Manager at John Laing in London from 2006 to 2010, where he was active in transport and social infrastructure and notably led on the business’s expansion into the German and French markets. Bruno began his career in the Finance team at Bouygues Construction, where he worked from 2000 to 2006. He holds a Masters degree in Civil Engineering/Finance, having studied at both ENPC in Paris and the Munich University of Technology.
Bruno brings extensive experience in sustainability and renewables, and expertise in greenfield infrastructure project finance. His key transactions include Wattif, a pan-European EV charging operator present in six countries, two major offshore wind transactions (Butendiek in Germany and C-Power in Belgium); the Greater Manchester Waste PFI; Zagreb Airport, and the privatisation and management of 14 regional airports in Greece.
